The district has recently adopted a new spelling program based on the concepts found in the book Words Their Way. This program will allow students to get spelling list that are based on their spelling level. Students will take at least three assessments throughout the year that will be used to place them in an appropriate group. It is our hope that this new program will help to develop better and more accurate spellers.
