24 HOUR FITNESS

  Enrollment fee is $19 unless you enroll online, then it is $0.  If you join just one club, the monthly dues are $28.99. If you want to be able to go to all clubs, the monthly dues are $34.99.  Family add-ons are $20.99 for the 1st add-on and $15.99 for each other add-on. These are "pay as you go" dues - no long term contract. Bring your ID as proof on employment when you enroll.
